I’ve immersed myself in the world of healthcare, working tirelessly to make a positive impact on the lives of others. With a strong clinical background in acute medical and perinatal settings, I approach each patient with the utmost care and attention, providing attentive care to individuals facing a variety of systemic health challenges.

        I’ve been privileged to assist families through birth in various settings, each story unique, each teaching me about the transformative power of feeling seen, heard, empowered, and supported.

        Now, as a trained childbirth educator, I’m honored to serve the birth community. My mission is to provide evidence-based information, practical techniques for an empowered birth, and thorough preparation for the postpartum period, including breastfeeding. I believe that with the right support and empowerment, we can elevate the joy and fulfillment of new parents on their journey into parenthood.
